About this Role

Experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant required to start September 2026

 30 Hours per week, Term Time Only

Salary: NJC Band 6 points 6-7

Hourly rate: £13.47-£13.68

Full Time Equivalent Salary : £25989-£26403

Applicants should possess relevant minimum Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualifications and be able to work as part of a team.  They should also be prepared to support children within the classroom and work with groups or individual children with additional needs, as required.

 Applicants should be:

·         highly motivated, forward thinking and committed to high quality curriculum provision in a caring Christian ethos.

·         have a high standard of spoken and written English.

·         able to demonstrate sensitivity whilst working with others and have good interpersonal skills.

·         willing to contribute to school life outside of the classroom.

 We require an Experienced Teaching Assistant who:

  • Has an excellent knowledge of the curriculum
  • Works effectively as part of a class, key stage and whole school team
