About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team and help make a real difference to the lives of our children.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and a genuine passion for supporting children with a range of complex needs. We are looking for an individual who understands that every child is unique and who is committed to helping all children achieve their full potential, whatever their starting point.

The successful candidate will demonstrate patience, empathy, and resilience, alongside a deep commitment to inclusion and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed.
You will have experience of or a strong understanding of working with children with complex needs and be confident in adapting your approach to meet individual requirements. Working closely with teachers, leaders, and external professionals, you will play a key role in providing personalised support, removing barriers to learning, and celebrating every achievement, no matter how small.
