Key Responsibilities:

Data-Driven Interventions: Analyse attendance trends to quickly identify and support pupils
at risk of persistent absence.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with parents, Heads of Standards, school
leaders, and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.
·
Safeguarding: Act as a vital link in the school's pastoral care team,
monitoring wellbeing and escalating attendance concerns appropriately.
