About this Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Teach allocated students by planning teaching to achieve progression of learning in accordance with RSFC policies. 
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students are supported to succeed
  • Using data to monitor student progress and implement strategies to support achievement
  • Participating in departmental planning, assessment, and curriculum development
  • Monitoring and intervene when teaching to ensure effective learning and maintain a safe environment in which students feel confident.
  • Engaging in the college’s extensive enrichment programme and wider college life
  • Contributing to the sharing of best practice and continuous improvement within the Maths faculty
