About this Role

The Role

Working collaboratively within the Science faculty, you will:

  • Lead curriculum planning, delivery and development across both year groups
  • Ensure robust assessment, standardisation and exam preparation practices
  • Monitor student progress and implement targeted interventions where needed
  • Support continuous improvement through reflective practice and quality assurance
  • Teach A Level Biology and contribute fully to the wider life of the college

Biology is a thriving subject at RSFC, with approximately 400 A Level Biology students and 240 BTEC Applied Science students and excellent specialist facilities, resources and technical support.
