Role
Overview:
We
are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate Cleaner, who is keen to
improve and contribute to the continued maintenance of the estates at RSFC.
Rochdale Sixth Form has an excellent reputation for all services it provides
across the college, this gives you a great opportunity to make your mark on an
already outstanding environment. Working at RSFC will be demanding but as a
colleague you will be of great value and importance, in return it is our
intention to provide staff with excellent support and resources to carry out a
first-class job.
Key
Responsibilities:

Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to
a high standard, including classrooms, offices, corridors, and restrooms.

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as
sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste disposal.
·
Replenish consumable items (e.g., soap,
toilet paper) as needed.
·
Report any maintenance issues or safety
hazards to the appropriate personnel.
·
Use cleaning equipment and materials
safely and effectively.
·
Follow established health and safety
procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Who
We're Looking For:
We
are looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and takes pride in their
work. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to
maintaining a clean and orderly school environment.
