The successful candidate will be an
integral part of our middle leaders team, providing leadership, direction and
management for this key subject. For the
right candidate, the position offers excellent potential for career development
and will provide invaluable experience to build a platform for further
progression.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the capacity to lead and manage a department whilst simultaneously driving forward continuous improvement in student outcomes at all levels. Applicants will demonstrate that they have personal impact, self-confidence and presence, display energy, enthusiasm, commitment and perseverance. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new ideas are essential. The applicant will be skilled in French and Spanish.
As well as excellent communication skills, Applicants will consistently model excellent teaching and leadership, and have student achievement and progress at the forefront of their practice. They will have high aspirations and high expectations of staff and students with a proven track record of delivering consistently good student attainment and progress.
