About this Role
Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Contract: 10 hours per week (1.15pm to 3.45pm, Monday to Thursday)

As such, we are seeking a caring and committed Teaching Assistant who can inspire, motivate and support the children across our school. The ideal candidate will be someone who:
- Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly,
- Experienced in delivering cover for Class Teachers,
- Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn,
- Understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children,
- Able to deliver and evaluate lessons, giving feedback when needed,
- Confident in using a range of behaviour management skills,
- Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently,
- Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
