Collingtree CE Primary School, is a warm and welcoming school community where children are at the heart of everything we do. We maintain a great relationship with all our school families and are a central part of the Collingtree community. Our collaborative approach ensures that everyone, both children and adults, has the opportunity to grow and flourish together.

Our school provides a rewarding and exciting working environment that inspires and challenges within a supportive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring staff feel valued and motivated.  We are a friendly and supportive team, with SLT placing a strong emphasis on the importance of staff well-being and work-life balance.

For our teachers,  we offer staff the opportunity to take PPA off-site and ensure there is one block of time each week in which you can do your planning. In preparation for each new term, staff are given an extra day to plan and prepare for the following term. Staff have opportunities to engage in leadership and shared responsibilities across the school, supported by the senior leadership team (SLT) as we are keen to further your development.
