Sprowston Community Academy is a growing 11-18 school serving the North-east of Norwich. Sprowston Community Academy is seeking to employ a Behaviour and Welfare Lead for KS4 to liaise with school leaders to formulate plans for the strategic leadership and management of behaviour and safety within the school environment, while also leading the Pastoral Managers in operational duties during the school day. The role will have a strong focus around attendance, behaviour and academic achievement of KS4 and will also rely on individuals having experience of positive family relationships.
Sprowston Community Academy is a unique school community and so we are looking for someone who will compliment the existing staff team and who can work collaboratively with our students, families and staff to make an impact.
The above-mentioned duties are neither exclusive nor exhaustive and the post holder may be required to carry out other relevant and/or reasonable duties as directed by the Senior Leadership Team or their Line Manager, commensurate with the skills, abilities and grade of the post.
