School are excited to be opening a new Resourced Provision which will offer a bespoke setting where each child can thrive, supported by a dedicated and caring team.

School are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to help build a supportive and inclusive environment for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This is an exciting opportunity, to be part of a fresh, growing team committed to providing the best possible support to children. The successful candidate will make a real difference by working closely with children, helping them access their learning pathway and building essential life skills. The role involves supporting children's social and emotional development, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and confident. We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for supporting children with additional needs, with a creative and adaptable approach, demonstrating enthusiasm, patience, and commitment, with the ability to inspire and engage children.
  • Can provide tailored support to children with ASD, helping them access the learning pathway. 
  • Ability to encourage and support children in becoming more independent, particularly in life skills and problem-solving.
