The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to oversee the management of our school’s facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety, security, and maintenance of our premises, providing a welcoming environment for our pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management: Manage day-to-day hard and soft services, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and overseeing maintenance programmes.
  • Health and Safety: Lead the implementation of health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with current regulations.
  • Site Security: Oversee security systems and manage keyholding responsibilities, ensuring the safety of the premises at all times.
  • Maintenance Management: Ensure that all property and grounds are maintained to high standards, managing the helpdesk process for repairs and maintenance requests.
  • Financial Management: Support budget management for estate and facilities, ensuring cost-effective procurement and monitoring of service delivery by external contractors.
