About this Role

Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust are looking to recruit a Midday Supervisor to join our friendly and hard working team based at Sharnford CE Primary School.

We are extremely proud of our school and everything that it offers. Although Sharnford is a small village school of only four classes,  we strive to ensure that the children who come to us are given every opportunity to develop socially and emotionally as well as academically. We pride ourselves on being a school with a very strong family feel, where staff and children know each other extremely well, treat each other with respect and most of all, feel included, valued and safe.

Our vision, 'Many hearts make our school nourishing, flourishing and fruitful', is at the heart of all that we do and this core principle rests upon a strong foundation of Christian values which we ensure the children in our care know and use in their everyday lives.

We love being part of the community of Sharnford and develop good links with the village by regular visits to St Helen's church as well as by participating and contributing to local events. Being part of a hub of three schools, which includes All Saints in Sapcote and Ullesthorpe Primary School, ensures we can offer not only a broad, varied and rich curriculum but also a wide range of many valuable learning experiences too. We share an Executive Principal, Miss Prokipczuk, and we are also one of the schools who form part of the Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust; nine local schools who work together to serve the children and families of our local communities.

Our staff are committed and passionate about the education and welfare of the children we teach and as part of that, know that the partnership between home and school is paramount to every child's development. We therefore strive to involve parents and carers in every aspect of their child's journey; sharing achievements and pride in their accomplishments at every step.

As this role is only  a 1 hour per day vacancy.  If you are only able to commit to  2 or 3 days per week, we would be happy to look at a job share opportunity for the right candidates .  So please contact us for more details or apply for the post and tell us how many days you could work / days of the week you would be able to commit to.
