About this Role

We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant and welcoming special school in North West London. 

Manor School provides an Ofsted-judged ‘Outstanding’ specialist learning environment for pupils with a wide range of special needs. We have a clear and strong vision of ‘love, learn, laugh’ which we achieve through creating a positive, engaging setting where all pupils can reach their full potential.

The school is split across two sites in Brent: the Primary School is on Chamberlayne Road in Kensal Rise, the Manor School Early Years Centre (MSEYC) is on  38 Bridge Road in Neasden. 

In September 2026 Manor School will be split across three sites in Brent.  This Teaching Assistant role is available across all three of our sites.

Manor School is part of The Rise Partnership Trust and the post holder may be required to work across the Trust as and when necessary

We are looking for:

  • Positive, energetic and creative learning support assistants with a love of teaching and learning;
  • Applicants who have a keen interest in special needs;
  • People who are able to work in partnership with their class teacher;
  • Learning Support Assistants who have experience in positively managing behaviour;

Experience or knowledge of autism and/or a range of learning needs and disabilities is an advantage.
