A Warm Welcome to Manor School
I am incredibly proud to be the Headteacher of
Manor School and delighted to welcome you to our recruitment page.
Manor School is a large and growing special school
in the London Borough of Brent, part of The Rise Partnership Trust. We support
around 220 pupils from Reception to Year 6 across two sites: our Manor School
Early Years Centre in Neasden and our primary site in Kensal Rise.
In September 2026, we will open a third site in
Kilburn. This reflects our growth and our commitment to meeting the needs of
more children and families in our community. Over the next two to three years,
we will grow to over 300 pupils, creating excellent opportunities for
colleagues to develop their careers and help shape our provision.
Our motto, “Love, Learn, Laugh”, underpins
everything we do. We deliver an ambitious, well-designed curriculum that
supports every pupil to achieve their unique potential. We believe deeply in
our pupils’ ability, place no limits on what they can achieve, and work closely
with families to secure the very best outcomes.
What makes Manor School special is our staff team.
Colleagues feel valued, supported and heard, and retention is strong because we
invest in our people. We are committed to professional development at every
level, with clear pathways for progression. Many of our teachers began as
support staff and trained with us to become qualified teachers, reflecting our
commitment to developing talent across all roles.
