·       Permanent Contract commencing on 01 September 2026

·       Hours of work: 10am – 2pm Monday to friday

Are you looking for a fantastic new opportunity? Caldmore Academy are looking to appoint an individual to assist with the basic preparation of food which may include some cooking and assist with the setting up of servery counters for lunch and general cleaning of the kitchen and associated areas when required. 

The successful candidate will join an academy which is dynamic and inspiring; creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students. To succeed, you will have good timekeeping and the ability to work as part of a team and independently.  You will have excellent communication, organisational and customer care skills, the ability to operate IT equipment e.g. tills are essential.   We are keen to secure a positive Catering Assistant who can make a telling contribution to our team. The department is part of a well led, mutually supportive Catering team and the appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by a Catering Manager and a strong SLT.
