About this Role

The successful candidate will have prior experience of working in an administrative environment although this need not necessarily have been in a school.  Strong organisation and ICT skills, flexibility, patience and a polite manner are a must for the post-holder.

The role will more specifically involve co-ordinating all school admissions from year 7 through to sixth form including liaison with Oxfordshire county council, feeder primaries and other schools and prospective families.  The postholder will also record all medications taken by students and ensure these are kept updated and supplied.  Applicants should be ICT competent and be familiar with MS Office and e-mail.

Benefits of working at Larkmead include:

  • Full support for your professional development and future training needs
  • A commitment to recognise previous, continuous service.
  • A generous holiday allowance which rises as you remain in employment.
  • A commitment to offer flexible working whenever we can and to support the work life balance of our employees
  • A 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme.
  • A Cycle to Work Scheme.

If you are keen to be part of a school with clear, positive values and which adds positive value to our students and staff then we look forward to meeting you.

For an informal discussion about the role please contact Rich Evans on 01235 520141
