The successful candidate will have prior experience of working in
an administrative environment although this need not necessarily have been in a
school. Strong organisation and ICT
skills, flexibility, patience and a polite manner are a must for the
post-holder.
The role will more specifically involve co-ordinating all school admissions from year 7 through to sixth form including liaison with Oxfordshire county council, feeder primaries and other schools and prospective families. The postholder will also record all medications taken by students and ensure these are kept updated and supplied. Applicants should be ICT competent and be familiar with MS Office and e-mail.
