About this Role

Balfour Juniors are looking for a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work across KS2.

We are seeking a highly talented, caring and motivated member of staff to join our friendly and supportive team.  We offer an inclusive environment, friendly and enthusiastic children who have a love of learning, and excellent CPD opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of various teaching methods and experience of covering classes in KS2
  • An ability to build good working relationships with both pupils and adults
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Flexibility and creativity
