About this Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious and passionate full-time teacher to help drive the teaching of Maths from Key Stages 3 to 5, striving to deliver excellent results in our well established and successful department. 

This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge or an ECT eager to begin their career in a supportive and dedicated department. Our ECTs follow the DfE Early Career Framework and benefit from both a subject mentor and an Induction Tutor.

Our Maths curriculum is broad, engaging and designed to ensure students of all abilities are challenged, supported and inspired. You will work with a committed team of specialists, delivering high‑quality lessons and contributing to the ongoing development of the curriculum.

Interviews will take place with successfully shortlisted candidates on Wednesday 25 March.

  •          A qualified teacher with strong subject knowledge.
  •          Passionate about inspiring young people, fostering curiosity, confidence and a love of Maths.
  •          Committed to high expectations for student learning, behaviour and personal development.
  •          Skilled at planning and delivering engaging, accessible lessons that meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and high prior attainers.
  •          Confident in using assessment and data to monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
  •          An effective classroom practitioner, able to build a positive and purposeful learning environment.
