We
are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious and passionate Teacher of Computing to
join our well‑established and successful department. This is a temporary
position for up to one year to cover a period of maternity leave. The role is
full‑time in the first instance; however, applications from candidates seeking
a 0.8 FTE teaching commitment are warmly welcomed. Please indicate your

This
is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced teacher looking for a new
challenge or an ECT eager to begin their career in a supportive and dedicated
department. Our ECTs follow the DfE Early Career Framework and benefit from
both a subject mentor and an Induction Tutor.
We are
looking for a teacher who can inspire our students and promote a lifelong
passion for Computing. You will have a genuine enthusiasm for working with
young people and will take great satisfaction in helping them grow, develop new
skills and achieve their best.

Computing Department is well-established, innovative and committed to ensuring
students of all abilities enjoy the subject while being stretched and
challenged. We deliver a broad and engaging Key Stage 3 curriculum that aligns
with the National Curriculum and prepares students for both Computer Science
and IT at Key Stages 4 and 5.
