We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious and passionate teacher
to help drive the teaching of Maths from Key Stages 3 to 5, striving to deliver
excellent results in our well-established and successful department. There is
an opportunity for a TLR2a for the right candidate. The exact focus of the TLR responsibility is
negotiable according to the skillset of the successful candidate and may be
discussed further at interview. If the

We have a hardworking and committed team of specialist teachers
with a strong commitment to ensuring the best possible outcomes for our
students. Our ECTs follow the DfE Early Career Framework, with each teacher having
a subject mentor and an Induction Tutor.
We are looking for someone who can inspire
our students and promote a love for the subject both in and out of the
classroom. Hampton Gardens offers a wide range of extracurricular
opportunities, including lunch clubs, private music lessons and school
performances. Throughout the year our most able students are encouraged to
participate in the UKMT maths challenges. As a school we also work with
providers such as AMSP and the Cambridge Maths Hub to provide extracurricular
trips and opportunities for students, alongside professional development for
staff.
