Teacher of Science
Pay scale: MPS/UPS

We are seeking to appoint an
enthusiastic, inspirational and motivated Teacher Science to start with us in
September 2025 on a permanent, part time basis. The successful candidate will
possess a passion for their subject and the ability to enthuse and engage
students.
This role is ideal for either an
experienced teacher seeking a new opportunity or an ECT looking to start their
career in a supportive and dedicated department. We have a hardworking and
committed team of specialist teachers with a strong commitment to ensuring the
best possible outcomes for our students. Our ECTs follow the DfE Early Career
Framework, with each teacher having a subject mentor and an Induction
Tutor.
The department is extremely well equipped, with a wide range
of new laboratory equipment which facilitates a key department ethos: the
understanding that effective practical activities play a fundamental role in

science students at Hampton Gardens are able to experience regular

links with local businesses, as well as regular trips to universities and national
