Hampton Gardens School is
currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant (Level 1) and Midday
Supervisor. This combined role offers the opportunity to support students both
in the classroom and during lunchtime, contributing to their academic progress
and wellbeing throughout the school day. This position is temporary to 31 August 2026
in the first instance.
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll
work closely with teachers and the SENDCo to support students with their
learning, including those with additional needs. You’ll help create an
inclusive and engaging classroom environment, assist with behaviour management,
and contribute to student progress tracking.
As a Midday Supervisor, you’ll
help ensure a safe, orderly, and positive lunchtime experience for students,
supporting behaviour expectations and promoting respectful interactions.
This is a rewarding role for someone who is patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting young people.
