Woodfield Primary School is currently looking to recruit an outstanding, committed, and driven Children and Family Support Worker. The Children and Family Support Worker will need to be a flexible team player and have a passion for placing children at the heart of all decisions.
The successful candidate will have the ability to build good relationships between children and families, and will provide exceptional support to ensure children are equipped with essential tools to succeed in their education.
Role purpose:
To support the overall Raising Achievement
Plan and school priorities by supporting children and parents to engage and
thrive in an academic environment. To
ensure that families are best able to support their children’s learning and
that children are equipped with the tools to succeed in their education. To ensure
that pupils are kept safe, and agencies are liaised with to ensure families
remain safeguarded.

Woodfield Primary and Nursery is a one form entry school, for children between 2 and 12 years old, in the heart of the Whitleigh community. We have a fantastically committed team of staff who are supportive, compassionate and driven to achieve the very best for the children in our care.
