We are looking for a skilled teaching assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will:

·        * Have experience of working with children with additional, and sometimes challenging, behavioural needs or SEND;

·        * Have experience of working with children with ADHD, PDA and SEMH needs;

·        * Be nurturing and supporting, but have high expectations of all groups of children;

·         * Be innovative in their approach to learning, which enthuses and inspires our children;

·         * Create an inclusive learning environment, promoting independence;

·         * Embody our school vision and values;

·        * Work closely, as part of a team, to ensure continuity and effective transition;

·         * Show resilience when times get tough;

·         * Build positive partnerships with parents and families to ensure children are happy and ready to learn;

We currently have 2 roles available

1.      1. Working 1:1 with a child in Year 4 with SEND

2.      2. Working with a small group of Year 6 children with SEND
