As a Teaching Assistant, you must be able to work across age ranges within our school and be prepared to work flexibly to support children of all abilities. This includes those requiring SEND support, where you will liaise closely with teachers and the SENCo. The ideal applicant will be committed to promoting inclusion and positive behaviour to help our children grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

We are seeking someone who:

• Has experience of working with children in an educational setting
• Is a team player, able to use their initiative in the classroom and help support the delivery of intervention programmes for individual and small groups of children
• Has a commitment to improving their own knowledge, skills and practice in relation to the post
• Support the delivery of the curriculum within the classroom and outdoor learning spaces.
• Encourage children’s social and emotional development through play and interaction
