children.
The role will involve maintaining the supportive and caring
ethos of the pre-school, ensuring our child-centred approach meets each child’s
individual needs, enabling them to fulfil their potential. Please see the job

The successful candidate will have:
- Knowledge of the principles of working in a pre-school
setting
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation stage
- Enthusiastic and effective team player
- Understanding of children’s development and
needs
- Ability to work with parents and to encourage
their involvement
- Calm and adaptable with an ability to work
within a flexible and busy environment
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Have a relevant Level 3 qualification
