We are seeking an inspiring and forward-thinking Deputy Headteacher to lead curriculum implementation. This pivotal role offers the chance to significantly influence our students' educational experiences and uphold exceptional teaching and learning standards.

Key responsibilities will include the implementation and evaluation of an innovative curriculum that meets the needs of all students and aligns with our educational goals.  You will promote outstanding teaching practices and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality teaching across all departments.  As part of staff development, you will deliver professional development initiatives to mentor teachers and support staff to enhance their skills and professional growth. 

Working closely with senior leadership colleagues, you will use data to monitor and evaluate student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to raise attainment, contributing to the overall strategic direction and improvement plans of the school.

The successful candidate will demonstrate proven experience in a senior leadership role, specifically with a strong track record of driving curriculum innovation and improvement.  As Deputy Headteacher you will have excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills with an ability to inspire and motivate staff and students alike.  Overall, you will be committed to ensuring an inclusive education for all, encouraging high standards and continuous improvement.
