Due to an increase in our
projected numbers for September 2025, we are seeking new teachers to join our
fantastic school community. Are you looking for a job in a school and
multi-academy trust that values collaboration and commits to kindness as a
driving principle? Do you want to work for someone embraces flexible
working practices ? Are you seeking a school that is supportive and retains its
staff because of its culture? If so, then Bradon Forest could be the perfect
fit for you! If you are a trainee teacher, then we have very
experienced mentors in all subject areas who will guide you through the ECT
framework and process. Likewise, if you are experienced and looking for career
opportunities, our revamped personal development process (no whole-school
appraisal targets but individualised career actions and projects) , our
excellent school and trust CPD model and the chance to collaborate with
colleagues from across the trust in similar roles mean that Bradon Forest
is definitely an employer of choice.
As a Headteacher I believe that working in a school should afford staff the professional responsibility to do their jobs well free from a dictated model of Teaching and learning. Head of Subjects have autonomy to run a curriculum and assessment model that suits their subject and context and, aside from the principles of great T&L, we do not dictate how you teach. Instead, we seek to develop teachers who flourish and enjoy their role, finding job satisfaction in their craft and the impact that they can have.
We have a long track record
of academic success, with last year's results being particularly impressive
(+0.23 P8). As well as this, we run various trips and enrichment events
throughout the year within the school, with the schools in our trust and further
afield – e.g. Bletchley Park and a joint residential trip with MFL to Paris
every other year.
The faculty follows a well-resourced
'mastery' style curriculum, and we use the White Rose scheme of learning.
This post is an opportunity to join a supportive, innovative and motivated team at a school where the overwhelming majority of students want to learn.
Please do get in touch if you have any questions or would like to know more about the school or role.
Early applications are encouraged, and we reserve the right
to close the vacancy if a suitable candidate is found.
