An excellent opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious middle leader to join a highly successful school.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and forward-thinking Curriculum Area Manager (CAM) for Maths to lead and develop our Mathematics department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner with strong leadership potential to drive high standards of teaching and learning, inspire both staff and students, and shape the future direction of Maths at Heathside Weybridge.

Lead on curriculum planning, sequencing, and assessment to maximise student outcomes

Use data effectively to monitor progress, identify priorities, and drive improvement

Support and develop colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and collaborative practice

Adapt teaching and assessment to ensure all students can access and succeed in Maths

Contribute to our weekly extracurricular programme and wider school life
