The successful candidate will:

·           Hold a degree in Psychology or a related field

·           Have a strong understanding of psychology curriculum at Key Stage 4/5.

·           Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage students.

·           Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.

·           Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their potential.

·           Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation, well-being, and success.

·           Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development activities to further the department’s goals.
