About this Role

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of a new specialist offsite provision supporting pupils with complex needs to access a therapeutic and bespoke offer.

39 weeks per year

32.5 hours per week (term time plus training days)

This is a fixed term role for 1 year

This role is a varied one, based both within and outside of the classroom.  You will be required to use your initiative, and work with small groups, as well as at times be within the full class.  Under the supervision of the teacher, you will use your skills to enhance the learning opportunities of the children within our school.


You will be highly organised, with the ability to: 

  • Be able to build strong relationships with children
  • Motivate and develop the children in your care
  • Be passionate about seeing young people succeed
  • Experience of supporting pupils post 16 is desirable but not essential
