About The Sullivan Centre
The Sullivan Centre serves a critical role within the Trust by providing education to children and young people who are unable to attend their usual schools due to medical or mental health needs. At The Sullivan Centre, the environment is designed to be happy, safe, and secure, fostering a culture of high expectations and purposeful learning. Our bespoke curriculum is carefully crafted to meet the varied needs of our students, blending academic skills with creative learning opportunities. This approach ensures that despite the challenges our students face, they are continually inspired to achieve and progress both educationally and personally. Our curriculum promotes collaborative tasks and therapeutic activities that enhance sociability and foster positive attitudes toward oneself and school.
Both Venn Boulevard Centre and The Sullivan Centre operate across multiple sites, providing a comprehensive educational experience for children of all ages and abilities. Through their distinct but complementary approaches, each centre ensures that all students are equipped not only for academic success but also for personal growth and resilience in facing life’s challenges.
