We are delighted to be recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our wonderful team at Western Primary School.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and wants to play a key role in creating engaging, meaningful and joyful classroom experiences. As our new HLTA, you will work closely with our dedicated teachers to help deliver high‑quality learning across the school. You’ll be part of a supportive, high‑performing team that prides itself on offering an exciting, creative and inclusive curriculum both inside and outside the classroom.

In this role, you will take responsibility for whole‑class teaching and learning, using effective behaviour management to create a positive and purposeful learning environment. As part of your practice, you will be expected to follow all school policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and safety, security, confidentiality, equality and data protection, ensuring that any concerns are reported promptly to the appropriate person.
