Term-Time + Training Days. Part Time 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Although this job is advertised as 32.5 hours, we would consider a job share for the right candidates.
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in children’s lives? Do you believe every child deserves to feel supported, valued and understood? We are looking for a caring, motivated and proactive individual to join our dedicated Emotion and Wellbeing Team. In this vital role, you will help to nurture children’s emotional development, promote inclusive practice across the school and nursery and support pupils in building the confidence, resilience and skills they need to thrive.
No two days are the same—you’ll work closely with teachers, leaders, families and external professionals to create personalised support that meets each child’s needs. The core focus of this vital school role is to nurture and support the emotional development and wellbeing of children across the school. You will play an active part in pupils’ daily school experience, including providing support, interaction, and positive engagement during lunch times to help create a safe, inclusive, and emotionally supportive environment. Working closely with the Emotion and Wellbeing Team, the role includes contributing to a collaborative approach to pupil support and participating in weekly supervision to ensure consistent, reflective, and effective practice.
If you are someone who approaches every interaction with warmth, patience and professionalism—and you’re eager to be part of a committed team making a real impact—we’d love to hear from you.
