About the role

Oatlands Junior is a busy and friendly school with three classes per year group. You will be joining a high performing team which delivers an exciting, creative and inclusive curriculum both inside and outside the classroom. We create a community where children are empowered to unlock their full potential and one which celebrates independence, tolerance, success and excellence. Keeping our children safe and happy is essential and this is your opportunity to join our dedicated school team in the important role of Higher-Level Teaching Assistant. We are looking for a someone who:

  • is friendly, kind and caring, forging positive relationships with children, their families and the OJS team.
  • is flexible working either supporting a pupil 1:1, leading small groups delivering interventions or covering whole class lessons.
