About this Role

We are looking to appoint an inspirational Assistant Headteacher who will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic experience of our children.  You will have a passion to help the most disadvantaged children, have a clear vision for inclusive practice and the drive to close the gaps to ensure all children achieve.  You must share our vision for offering child-initiated learning with high aspirations and achievement for all, rooted in our distinctive philosophy of Museum Learning.   We are committed to providing our children with a truly unique experience, ensuring our curriculum reflects the rich diversity of our children enabling them ‘to be the best they can be’.

•       Lead and drive the ongoing development of our curriculum

•       Demonstrate innovative and effective use of resources, including technology  

•       Model exceptional classroom practice  

•       Coach, mentor and support teaching staff so they excel  

•       Inspire pupils to give their best
