Grade: 8 (point 18- 23)
Hours: 8.30am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday term time only (permanent variable hours contract)
35 hours per week to include 30 minutes per day PPA and 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.
Salary: £30,559 - £33,366 pro rata. Current hourly rate £15.84-£17.29
Starting date: 1st September 2025
Bampton CE Primary School, recently rated Good with Outstanding Early Years provision by Ofsted in January 2023, are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled full-time Higher-Level Teaching Partner (HLTA) to join our dedicated and passionate team. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver the curriculum in a dynamic and engaging way whilst providing cover for class teachers, as well as provide pastoral support by building trusting and positive relationships with children. All staff are expected to support positive playtimes while supervising our whole school Outdoor Play and Learning Programme (OPAL).
