Line Manager: Head of Therapies
Key Responsibilities:
• Work in close partnership with lead professionals, stakeholders, and the wider community to enhance access to learning and create enabling environments that support the diverse needs of children and young people with autism.
• Support and extend communication opportunities for all pupils, ensuring every pupil has a voice to advocate for themselves in all areas of life.
• Focus on helping pupils become independent and successfully transition between developmental stages.
• Collaborate with lead professionals and families to promote inclusive learning experiences.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
