About this Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic,
passionate, and committed Pastoral Assistant to join our Pastoral team and help
support the behaviour and pastoral
welfare of our students. The successful candidate
should have good communication
skills and be able to work as part of a successful team.
The candidate will be able to:
·
Provide a first point of contact for dealing with welfare and behaviour issues
in school.
·
Manage the day-to-day attendance and punctuality of students.
·
Provide timely and effective support
for Deputy/Assistant Principals, School Achievement Leaders
and Pastoral Manager.
·
Contribute to improving progress and attainment of all students
