The Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you’ll be the guiding star for students who need a little extra support navigating school life. You’ll:
💬 Build positive relationships that genuinely make a difference
🧠 Help students develop emotional regulation and resilience skills
🎓 Support learning by keeping students engaged, focused, and ready to succeed
🚀 Turn challenges into “watch me grow” moments
🤝 Work alongside teachers, parents, and support teams to champion every student
