About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, positive, and capable professional to join our team. You will play a key role in improving the life chances of our pupils, while benefiting from high-quality training and development opportunities.

About You

We are seeking an inclusive practitioner who is passionate about making a meaningful difference. You will be proactive, highly organised, and driven by high expectations, with a strong commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for all pupils.

You will be an excellent communicator and a collaborative team player, able to equip pupils with the skills and experiences they need to become confident, independent, and active learners, as they continue their journey towards a successful and fulfilling life.

You will be able to:

  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a clear understanding of progression within your subject(s), alongside a commitment to staying up to date with developments in pedagogy.
  • Set ambitious and appropriate targets for pupils, with clear teaching objectives, structured lessons, and sequences that support all learners to reach their full potential, including in literacy, numeracy, and ICT.
  • Use engaging and effective teaching strategies that inspire curiosity, including skilled questioning, clear explanations, and purposeful use of resources.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour through clear expectations, well-focused teaching, and consistent application of the school’s behaviour policy.
  • Build positive and supportive relationships with parents and carers.

We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

If you are a reflective practitioner who strives to make learning fun, engaging, and memorable, we would love to hear from you.
