About this Role
We are seeking to appoint
an enthusiastic and dynamic Caretaker. The successful applicant will ideally have experience of premises
caretaking, preferably in a school or similar environment. A trade would be
very advantageous.
This is a varied role
which will cover site security, general maintenance and Health and Safety
compliance.
Key duties will
include, but are not limited to:

Opening and locking up
of school

Ensuring school is kept
clean

Porterage
·
General Site
Maintenance

Health & Safety
