Pay Scale: MAC Band C, NJC 4 – 6 (£23,500 – £24,702) pro rata
Actual salary £15,636.20 - £16,435.97
HOURS: 28.75 hours per week, term time only, 8.15am - 2.30pm

Holy Rosary Catholic Primary Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Administration Officer for the smooth and efficient working of the Academy Office.
The successful candidates will:
Create a pleasant and welcoming reception area and act as first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries;
Maintain all aspects of daily pupil attendance registers, keeping pupil records up to date;
Produce, copy and distribute letters, reports, newsletter, weekly certificates etc.;
Sort and distribute mail, emails and deliveries;
Arrange appointments, maintain school diary and assist in disseminating information to staff;
Record and monitor income relating to school meals, trips, uniform sales and support weekly banking for collection and monitor, be familiar with the operation, and interpretation of income spreadsheets;
Assist with school/nursery admissions;
Administer the school milk scheme;
Support ordering supplies and equipment including issuing invoices and settlement of accounts and with maintaining records and accounts;
Contribute to the strong Catholic ethos of our academy;
Develop good relationships with pupils, staff, parents, representatives, directors and primary MAC partners.
