We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Apprentice to join our friendly primary school team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.

You’ll work closely with our SENDCo and class teachers to support pupils with additional needs—helping them thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. You’ll receive full training, mentorship, and dedicated study time as part of your apprenticeship.

Is patient, empathetic, and eager to learn
Holds (or is willing to gain) GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
Previous experience is not essential—just a passion for supporting young learners and a willingness to grow.
