About this Role

Site Facilities Manager at HCAT Stockwell Academy
Permanent
Start Date: required as soon as possible
15 hrs per week (all year round)

We are looking to appoint a Site Facilities Manager for 15 hours per week, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team, this is an important role within our school and you will be ensuring the safety of the site and compliance with Health and Safety Legislation. You will also be required to have your name with our security company to attend the site in an emergency.

 The role will be varied and will include a range of different daily and weekly tasks including: -

 -       Site security

-       Daily / weekly compliance checks

-       Liaising with external agencies where work is required

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a background in building maintenance, but more importantly someone who is committed to high standards of premises safety, security and maintenance.  The successful candidate will receive appropriate training and support.
