THE ROLE
Getting the classroom ready for lessons
Observe and document student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team on their development
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop individual education plans for students requiring additional support
Help manage classroom behaviour by implementing strategies that promote positive interactions among students.
Completing records/ pupils plans
Leading small and whole class group work
THE CANDIDATE
Experience in a school or similar setting
IDEALLY experience working with children/ young people with SEN / SEND needs
MUST be educated with GCSE Math's and English or equivalent
NVQ L3 qualification or working towards
SALARY/ HOURS
This is a full time role working Mon-Fri TERM TIME only 8.50am-3.55pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8.50am to 4.10pm Wednesday and 8.50an to 3.45pm Friday
