Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated recruitment manager to spearhead recruitment efforts across a cluster of schools and services within our trust.  Working with multiple stakeholders, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to build your own team, drawing on their expertise to establish and sustain a strong and effective recruitment service.

Job Type: Full time and permanent 52 weeks per year Salary: £41,694 Schedule: 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) Hybrid working model Holidays: 40 days (27 + 5 Christmas shut down + bank holidays)

About the trust

Wellspring Academy Trust was established in 2013.  Since then, we have grown into a vibrant community of 33 schools.  Our schools are unique and united in aim – to make a difference. We are a mixed community of mainstream Secondary and Primary, Special, and Alternative Provision schools. We operate in eight local authority areas, spanning South, West and North Yorkshire, Humberside and Lincolnshire.  Our work has developed beyond our classrooms to offer wider services to benefit other schools and communities.
