As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will be supporting outstanding progress in learning.  You will make connections, develop relationships and lead our pupils on the path to a bright future.  

This will include working under the guidance of a teacher/ phase lead to support the academic and personal development of children throughout the school day.  This includes:

• Supporting and leading lessons
• Preparing and planning resources
• Completing pupil records
• Covering absent colleagues as required
