We are a welcoming and nurturing Church of England primary
school with approximately 100 pupils on roll. Our school is built on strong
Christian values, and our vision , 'Let Your Light Shine' underpins
everything we do. We believe every child has unique gifts and talents, and our
dedicated staff work tirelessly to help each pupil flourish.
Our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) unit is a busy and vibrant environment caring for approximately 20 children aged 2–5 years. Our unit is led by an experienced teacher and a qualified Level 3 EYFS practitioner, and we are proud of the warm, stimulating and inclusive space we have created for our youngest learners.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Teaching
Assistant to join our EYFS team. You may have an EYFS Level 3 qualification. You will take on a keyworker role for a group
of children, building meaningful relationships with them and their families,
and supporting their learning and development across all areas of the EYFS
curriculum. You may be asked in future to work in other parts of the school.
Working closely alongside our teacher and Level 3 practitioner, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality early years provision and ensuring every child feels safe, valued and ready to learn.
The successful candiate will work afternoons from Monday to Thursday 1pm to 3.30pm and all day on a Friday (8.30am - 3.30pm with half an hour lunch break)
